What personal data FixFaster AI collects, why, and your rights.

Newsletter: if you sign up we store your email address with our email provider beehiiv to send you free automations and our emails. You confirm by clicking the link we email you, and you can unsubscribe from any email. Legal basis: your consent.
Done-for-you questionnaire: the answers you send (name, business, email, type of business, tone, tools you use, automations wanted, contacts and links, notes) are stored in our Cloudflare storage and/or delivered to our mailbox, and used only to answer you and, if you buy, to prepare and deliver the service. We never ask for passwords. Legal basis: steps before a contract and the contract.
Payments: handled by Stripe, which receives your card and billing details. We do not see or store your card number. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations (invoices, taxes).
Statistics: we measure visits with PostHog (servers in the EU) without cookies and without storing your IP address, to learn which pages are useful. No advertising tracking.
Retention: newsletter until you unsubscribe; requests and customer data for as long as needed for the service and the time required by tax law.
