When and how you can get your money back.

Automations: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as you have not downloaded the files. Under EU rules for digital content, once the download has started with your consent, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. If a file is broken or not as described, we will fix it or refund you.
Done-for-you setup: you can cancel and get a full refund of the €199 within 14 days, as long as we have not delivered the automations yet. After delivery, if something is not as described we fix it or refund you.
Monthly plan: cancel anytime; months already started are not refunded.
How to ask: write to [email protected] with the email used for payment. Refunds go back to the same card within 5 to 10 business days.
